Description
The Rotate tool changes the elevation and rotation of charts when dragging the mouse over a chart.
You can set the Button property to define which mouse button is used to rotate.
And the Style property to set in which direction is the chart allowed to rotate.
The Inertia property is used to animate rotation after you stop dragging the mouse.
Rotation can be Inverted and rotation Speed can be customized.
